Since the earliest online report (2013)
Compares the 2013 report with the 2025 report, using the same method for both. She took office in 2011. The House's online database has her electronic reports from 2013 on, so we can't show her wealth when she first took office. Changes can come from a spouse’s assets, market moves, property values, new debts or how filers choose bands, and the forms do not say which. We do not guess.

Where the money comes from
Main sources named in the disclosures and the reporting we cite. The forms don’t split the total into exact amounts, so we don’t show percentages.
Frederica Wilson reported household assets minus debts of $1.63M to $3.4M, a midpoint of about $2.52M, on her latest financial disclosure (2025 annual report, filed May 11, 2026).
Frederica Wilson has represented South Florida in the U.S. House since 2011, now Florida's 24th congressional district, which covers much of eastern Miami-Dade County. She won the seat in 2010 when Kendrick Meek ran for the U.S. Senate.
Born on November 5, 1942, she is a member of the Democratic Party. Her district, numbered the 17th during her first term, contains most of Miami's majority-Black precincts. She is known for her large and colorful hats, of which she owns several hundred, and has sought to have Congress lift its ban on head coverings during House sessions, which dates to 1837. In May 2026 she announced her retirement.
What her 2025 disclosure shows
The report she filed on May 11, 2026 covers 2025. It lists 11 assets with a value, adding up to $1.6 million to $3.4 million. The largest are Real estate in Miami, FL ($500K–$1M); Second property in Miami, FL ($250K–$500K) and VOYA Reliastar Life Insurance Annuity Fixed Account ($250K–$500K).
The report lists no debts that we count, so the range of $1.6 million to $3.4 million comes from the assets alone, with a midpoint of about $2.5 million.
How the range has changed
Using the same method for every year, the midpoint of her disclosed range went from about $954,000 on her 2013 report to about $2.5 million on her 2025 report. The highest midpoint was about $2.5 million, on the 2024 report. The chart shows 13 reports from 2013 to 2025, each added up the same way, and nothing is filled in between them.
These are ranges built from the value bands on each form, not exact values. They move with market prices, property values, new or paid-off debts and the bands a filer picks, and the forms do not say which of these caused a change. Like every member of Congress, Wilson does not have to report a home she lives in, cars and personal belongings, or federal retirement savings such as the Thrift Savings Plan, so her real net worth could be higher than these forms show.
